Joining our waitlist does not guarantee access to our future BNPL (Buy Now, Pay Later) product. We reserve the right to limit the number of users who can participate in our beta or launch phases.

You must be at least 18 years old to join our waitlist and use our future Services. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant to us that: (a) you are at least 18 years old; (b) you have not previously been suspended or removed from our Services; and (c) your registration and your use of our Services is in compliance with any and all applicable laws and regulations.

Our Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by WisaPay, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
